PHASE Nepal is now one of the
recognized NGOs with over 20 staff working in 3 districts of Nepal and has it's
headquarter in Kathmandu. The trustees, executive members and working staff
constitute a well experienced working team in various development arenas.
Over 90% of our staff are female
and over 85% are field based. The staff members are of diverse origin
representing over 10 ethnic groups/castes from many parts of Nepal.
PHASE Nepal is committed
to regular staff training.
